Project - Yaxley Development
The Yaxley project perfectly demonstrates our ability to maximize land value for homeowners. The vendor owned a property in a highly desirable location but was held back by a heavily overgrown garden and a need to maximize their financial return. We stepped in, took on the complexities of the planning process, and successfully secured planning permission for development. As a direct result, the owner received a life-changing six-figure sum for the plot alone, while the original house went on to successfully sell on the open market.

Project - Forward Green
Forward Green is a prime example of turning a stagnant site into a development success. The project began with a tired, rundown house burdened by a poorly structured “planning in principle” approval that was failing to attract any builder interest. We stepped in, overhauled and optimized the planning permission, and completely redeveloped the site. Captured here toward the final stages of construction, the site has been transformed into a sleek, high-efficiency pair of modern semi-detached homes that completely revitalizes the street scene.

Project - Shevington
The Shevington project demonstrates how a large residential garden can be transformed into a valuable development opportunity. The property featured a substantial side garden with significant potential, and following a detailed assessment of the site, surrounding area and local planning policies, we successfully secured planning permission for the construction of a pair of semi-detached homes. Careful consideration was given to site layout, access, neighbouring properties and the character of the local area to achieve a well-designed scheme. This project highlights how underutilised garden land can unlock considerable value while delivering high-quality new homes that complement the existing neighbourhood.
